About

Art by HABESHAS is an art gallery with a focus on highlighting Eritrean & Ethiopian (“HABESHA") artists.  We help artists connect globally and sell directly to those interested in HABESHA art. We welcome all Eritrean & Ethiopian artists working across all genres, mediums and skill levels. Apply to sell your work with us here.

Our Mission

AbH’s mission is to support HABESHA artists, and help showcase creativity coming from the HABESHA community.

What's to come?

At this time, we are working on onboarding more artists and making more art available for sale. We are also looking to connect deeper with the artists to better tell the story of their art journey, and inspiration behind their works. Throughout this entire process, we're learning a lot about the challenges of moving art around the world, but the idea of supporting HABESHA creatives makes it worthwhile. Over time, we are also looking to develop a supply chain to reproduce high quality prints and sizes, on the artists behalf.

Support and uplift our HABESHA creatives, and consider buying a piece.
